Our beautiful rugs are woven on traditional hand looms by highly skilled artisans in India. This ancient craft of weaving on wooden handlooms is time-consuming yet effective in bringing a textured strength to the yarn.

The weaving of cotton flat-rugs dates back to many centuries in various parts of India. Our artisans use the same handloom techniques to produce a modern take on a traditional art form. The artisans use panjas, wooden contraptions with iron fingers, like extensions of their own hands, tapping each coloured thread into place to create a durable textile that can be handed down from generation to generation.

These flat weave rugs are made from 100% cotton and is very strong, durable and reversible.
